Fernet Sling: Fernet Branca, Carpano Antica Formula, Lemon, and Demerara Syrup

INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces Fernet Branca
¾ ounce Carpano Antica vermouth
½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon
¼ ounce Demerara syrup (2:1)

METHOD:

Build in a tin, shake briefly, and strain into a Collins glass (with ice). Garnish with an orange twist.
